The episode is maybe about the disappearance of a valuable Mardi Gras tribal costume, someone is murdered over it, and the main character, Remy, is investigating. A lady, who claims to work for a museum, is also interested in finding the costume.

Remy's friend, Smiley, takes the lady to a bar to discuss the case. They are sitting in a booth, having a drink, when things start to get cozy. Under the table, she has her legs crossed toward him, right over left. She is wearing a brown business-type outfit (with skirt), brown pumps, and white hose. She drops her right shoe to the floor and proceeds to play footsie with him. She even pushes his sock down to his ankle.
